Foodie Blog Hop (My Day)

I'm so happy to be participating in another great blog hop, this time hosted by Carla at Creatin' in the Sticks.

Here's today's list of participants:

Monday, May 23rd

The theme for this hop is food, and I do consider myself a "foodie." Although dietary restrictions have increasingly limited what I can eat, I still really enjoy cooking and exploring the food world.

For my project, I sewed up a bunch of vegetables. The patterns for these veggies come from a site called Lia Griffith. I treated myself to a subscription to the site and it's been well worth it. They have a bounty of lovely patterns for felt flowers and food, as well as paper flowers and other crafts.

For my veggie harvest, I made radishes:

onions:

eggplant:

and carrots:

And here's everything together in a bowl:

The veggies were easy to sew and it didn't take long to complete each one. They make me smile every time I look at them!

I love to read your comments and will reply to each one via email, unless you are a "No Reply Blogger."

Be sure to visit everyone else participating in this fun hop!
