It's time for another fun blog hop, this time hosted by Carol at Just Let Me Quilt.
Here's the list of everyone sharing their projects today:
*******************************************
The theme for this hop is Summertime. I decided to continue making felt food. If you saw my post for the Foodie Blog Hop, you saw that I stitched up a bunch of vegetables. The patterns for the veggies (and for today's fruit) came from the site Lia Griffith. I treated myself to a subscription to the site, and have been having tons of fun creating food and flowers.
To fit the Summertime theme, I've sewn some lemons:
Some strawberries:
And, some oranges:
All of the above were gifts for a dear friend. Plus, I've made some lemons and strawberries for my own kitchen!

How cute. They look very summer-time.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun! Your jar of lemons looks like summer to me.
ReplyDeleteI love these. I love anything food related, and these are just perfect.
ReplyDeleteYou have delighted us with so many of your wool treasurers for so long, and I keep saying I am going to start working with wool...but that hasn't happened. These are just the cutest and what a way to decorate the kitchen. I really need to start working with wool and quit putting it off. LOL!! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAwesome, as always! I love those fruits and vegetables! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteOh I love these!! They would make great photo props for my fruity table runners!
ReplyDeleteThey all look so yummy, Elizabeth! And they are carb and calorie free, lol!
ReplyDeleteElizabeth you have done such masterful work with these as with the veggies last month. I love the thought of being able to make these beautiful "objets d'art" Thank you
